Service Delivery Policy

Pixel Crafts sells digital products only — mobile apps, web tools, and subscription access to software features. Nothing is shipped physically. This page explains when and how your access is delivered after a successful payment.


1. What you receive

A premium subscription unlocks advanced features, additional content, and cloud sync inside the specific Pixel Crafts app you purchased for (Verbloom, FluentPro, Stillnest, etc.). There are no physical goods, downloads outside the app stores, or postal deliveries.

2. Delivery time

  • Instant provisioning — premium access is activated on your account within a few seconds of a successful payment confirmation from our payment partner (Razorpay / Cashfree / PayU / Apple / Google).
  • App-side sync — your app will reflect the upgrade the next time it contacts our servers, which happens automatically when the app is opened or foregrounded. If it doesn't, pull to refresh or sign out and back in.

3. Delivery method

Entitlements are synced over a secure HTTPS connection from our servers to your device. You do not receive any file, email attachment, or physical item — the unlock is applied to your account and flows to the app automatically.

4. If access doesn't appear

In the rare case that premium features don't unlock after payment:

  • Force-close and reopen the app.
  • Check you're signed in with the same account used at checkout.
  • If it still hasn't synced after 15 minutes, email support@pixelcrafts.app with your order ID — we will verify the payment and provision access manually, usually within a few hours.

5. Geographic availability

Pixel Crafts apps are available worldwide wherever the Apple App Store and Google Play Store operate. Web checkouts accept payments from customers based in India via our payment partners. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Refunds & cancellations

Because access is granted instantly and digital products are consumable on arrival, refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges; you retain premium access until the end of the current billing period.
