Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective April 17, 2026

This policy applies to all premium subscriptions purchased through Pixel Crafts apps, including Verbloom, FluentPro, and any future paid offerings. Please read this carefully before making a purchase.


1. Free Plan — Always Available

Every Pixel Crafts app provides a free plan with lifetime access to core features. The free plan never expires and does not require a payment method. Before purchasing a premium subscription, you can fully evaluate the app using the free plan.

2. Nature of Digital Products

All Pixel Crafts subscriptions are digital products — access to software features and content delivered electronically. Under Indian consumer protection guidelines, digital goods that have been accessed or consumed are generally not eligible for refunds.

3. No-Refund Policy

All sales of premium subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for:

  • Partial subscription periods after cancellation.
  • Subscriptions you no longer wish to use.
  • Accidental purchases (please cancel immediately and contact us — we will review on a case-by-case basis).
  • Differences in expected vs. actual features, as the free plan allows full evaluation before purchase.

4. Exceptions We Will Consider

We will review refund requests in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charges — if you were billed more than once for the same subscription period.
  • Technical failure — if a verified technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing premium features for a significant portion of your billing period.
  • Unauthorised transaction — if a charge was made without your knowledge and you report it within 7 days.

To raise an exception, email support@pixelcrafts.app with your order ID and a description of the issue within 7 days of the charge.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain premium access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free plan — your data and progress are never deleted.

6. App Store Purchases

If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google respectively — we do not have access to those transactions. Visit Apple's refund page or Google Play's refund page for instructions.
